C.A. Bancorp Inc. Announces Director Resignation


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 11, 2011) - C.A. Bancorp Inc. ("C.A. Bancorp" or the "Company") (TSX:BKP) announces that Eitan Milgram has tendered his resignation as a director of the Company effective January 10, 2011 to pursue other opportunities.

The Company's Board of Directors (the "Board") would like to thank Mr. Milgram for his time, service and the contribution he made during his tenure as a director. 

"Eitan has a wealth of experience in corporate reorganizations and divestitures. His counsel was of the utmost value to the Board in the execution of the Company's Realization Strategy" said John Driscoll, Chairman of the Board.

The Board is currently comprised of John F. Driscoll (Chair), Paul Haggis, Frank Potter and Timothy Unwin. Mr. Haggis will replace Mr. Milgram on the Company's Audit Committee.
