C.A. Bancorp Inc. Announces Resignation of Officer

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 28, 2009) - C.A. Bancorp Inc. ("C.A. Bancorp" or the "Company") (TSX:BKP) today announced the resignation of Jake Trainor, Vice-President, Corporate Development, from the Company to pursue other professional interests. Mr. Trainor's resignation will be effective on May 11, 2009.

Mr. Trainor has been with C.A. Bancorp since April 2007. Concurrently with his resignation from C.A. Bancorp, Mr. Trainor will also be resigning from his seats on the boards of a number of C.A. Bancorp's private equity investments.
