Cadan's TGD 14 Drillhole at Tagpura Copper Gold Porphyry Intersects 115 Metres @ 0.50% Cu and 0.14 g/t Au

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 27, 2008) - Cadan Resources Corporation (TSX VENTURE:CNF) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Drill hole TGD 14, located on bench four of the Tagpura copper gold porphyry deposit, has returned a significant mineralized intersection of 115m @ 0.50% Cu and 0.14 g/t Au from 19 to 134m.

TGD 14 was drilled to test the dip of the high grade intersection highlighted in TGD 001, which returned 208.6m @ 0.45% Cu and 0.17 g/t Au.

The assay results now confirm that this zone of high grade skarn mineralization is contained within a tabular, near vertical structure that lies within the larger Tagpura porphyry copper-gold system.

On-going and future drill holes will continue to test the grade and extent of this high grade skarn style mineralization at depth and along strike as well as the larger Tagpura porphyry copper gold mineralization system identified from drilling, geological mapping and geophysics currently to be an area some 2.75 km long and 1.5 km wide.

Following from the Company's New Release dated January 29, 2008, latest geophysics has confirmed that the 1970's anomaly is located to the north east of the known and previously report adit mineralization.

Farm to market road construction has now reached the Kalamatan area and drill access is now being prepared for the expanded drilling program designed to test the Kalamatan deposit.
