Cadillac Commences Gold Reverse Circulation Drill Program on San Miguel Gossan

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 14, 2010) - Cadillac Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CDC) ("Cadillac" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has commenced an RC drilling campaign to define the extent and grade of the recently discovered San Miguel gold gossan located around the historic massive sulphide pit on the Esperanza investigation permit in southwestern Spain. This gossan was discovered during an initial grab sampling campaign (see press release of May 3, 2010) and further tested during a systematic sampling campaign consisting of 110 samples obtained from gossans developed over the massive sulphide and stockwork material occurring in an area of approximately 500 metres in an east/west direction, and 100 metres in a north/south direction. Within this area 110 samples were selected from the bottom of shallow hand dug pits, 58 of these returned assay values ranging between 7.22 g/t Au and 0.005 g/t Au as outlined in yellow below, a mean average of these samples is 1.026 g/t Au as press released on July 8, 2010.

The RC drilling campaign has commenced, with 20 of 63 planned holes completed, representing 286 metres of drilling to date. The drillholes completed and planned are mapped below, over the gossan indicated by the systematic sampling. These first holes have returned gossan material in a range of thicknesses from 5 metres to 30 metres, in an area that didn't return assay values during the systematic sampling campaign. The lack of previous assays is explained by the thickness of the overburden (ie >~20 cm.), and is encouraging as the presence of gossan at depth in these holes increases the size of the gossan body. Until this program is complete the true thickness and extent of the gossan is unknown. The samples from this program are being submitted to the laboratory and results will be released when available.
