HENDERSON, NV--(Marketwired - Jan 26, 2015) - Café Serendipity Holdings, Inc. (OTC PINK: FOFU) (the "Company"), fka Force Fuels, Inc., a national brand builder focused on the build out of a national brand in recreational and medical marijuana business, is pleased to announce that it has closed an agreement for the re-branding of its second California branded store, Golden State Fallbrook Inc., a medical marijuana dispensary located in Fallbrook, California.

Under the terms of the licensing agreement, Café Serendipity is to receive a percentage of the sales in the branded, licensed stores.
