Cagim Real Estate Corporation: Amalgamation of Certain Subsidiairies of the Corporation

QUEBEC CITY, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Nov. 14, 2008) - Management of Cagim Real Estate Corporation (TSX VENTURE:CIM) (the "Corporation") gives notice to its shareholders that in order to improve the effectiveness of managing the Corporation and in order to reduce the costs of its management fees, the following subsidiaries were amalgamated on October 31, 2008: ADG Immobilier Inc and Palim Inc. The amalgamated corporation is ADG Immobilier Inc.
