Calder Bateman Communications is proud to welcome Jeff McLean as our new Creative Director.

"We are thrilled to bring Jeff on board, given his work of international stature, which will help continue our growth," said Frank Calder, a founding partner at the firm.

With over 20 years of design and advertising experience in Edmonton, Toronto and Vancouver, Jeff has won more local, national and international advertising and design awards than any other creative professional in Alberta.

Most recently, Jeff has worked on the award-winning Newfoundland Tourism campaign as a senior art director with Target Marketing and Communications in St. John's, NL and was recognized as the top art director in Alberta in Strategy Magazine's 2012 Creative report card.

"Calder Bateman has evolved year-by-year into one of the most respected and comprehensive communications firms in the province and among the fastest climbing creative agencies in Canada," said McLean. "This is a great team of people doing outstanding work. I couldn't be happier to be a part of it."

Calder Bateman is a full-service advertising and public relations agency that was established in 1990 and is 100% Alberta-owned. The firm has 38 staff and is led by three partners: Frank Calder, Margaret Bateman and Ernie Pasemko. The company offers a broad spectrum of services that include: branding, advertising & marketing, digital, media buying and planning, public relations and design. In 2011, Strategy Magazine listed CB as the top independent agency in Alberta and the fastest climbing creative agency in Canada.
