Purolator Tackle Hunger Game Day

The Calgary Stampeders will be taking on the BC Lions for the annual Tackle Hunger game; fans are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food donation or a cash donation to support the Calgary Food Bank. Go Stamps go!

Flash Fiction

Saturday, August 2

3:00 - 6:00 PM

A theatre version of Quentin Tarantino's "Pulp Fiction" film is being shown at the University of Calgary from August 13 - 23. Join the costumed cast in a walk including a flash mob starting at Eau Claire at 3:00 PM, heading through to Stephen Ave and ending on 17th Ave, all while collecting donations in support of the Food Bank!

Sixth Annual Art in the Garden

Every year, artist Rosemary Bennett hosts other artists in an outdoor display; food donations to the Calgary Food Bank are greatly accepted as part of this event. Come out and enjoy art, gardens, and enter to win door prizes!

Various Calgary Communities

YMCA volunteers, staff, and day campers will be going across parts of the city on a mission to collect donations for the Calgary Food Bank. Watch for their flyer on your doorknob!
