CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Oct. 14, 2009) - The local community has been good to Bumpy's and the Cafe wants to give back to Calgary. On Friday, October 16th the third annual "Beans for Beans" Bumpy's Café drive will be collecting for the Calgary Food Bank. The Bumpy's family, along with their patrons will feed many hungry Calgarians in need through this event.

Bumpy's Café invites one and all to take a break and come visit this energetic atmosphere cafe during the food drive, or make a donation now online at, to help give back and achieve this year's goal.

On the day of the event, those who drop off a food or cash donation will receive a 12 oz freshly brewed gourmet coffee. Angela Knight and John Gilchrest from CBC's Eyeopener will also be broadcasting live from the cafe all morning.
