Co-op Skate to Win

Monday, March 3 & Monday, March 10

6:30 PM to 8:00 PM

Olympic Oval - 2500 University Drive NW

Skate for free when you bring with you a Co-op Gold brand food item. You also have a chance to enter the Skate to Win contest, for monthly prizes as well as a grand prize of $1,000 Calgary Co-op gift card. All food collected will be donated to the Calgary Food Bank. With any other non-perishable food item, admission is $2.00.

Campbell's Help Hunger Disappear

Saturday, March 8

11 AM - 5 PM

Safeway South Centre - 11011 Bonaventure Drive SE

Food Bank volunteers will be on hand to accept cash and food donations at South Centre Safeway. One dollar from each 12 pack of soup sold in the store that day goes to Food Banks Canada, and donations support the Calgary Food Bank.

CANstruction Calgary 2014

March 13 to 21

Southcentre Mall Centre Court - 55 Anderson Rd SW

This year, CANstruction's theme is Transportation: Getting from Here to There. So, transport yourself down to Southcentre Mall during CANstruction week to check out amazing creations, the work of engineers and builders. All of the food used to CANstruct will be transported to the Food Bank on the 21^st. Food Bank volunteers will be on hand to accept cash donations on Thursday, March 13 and Saturday, March 15.

Friends Helping Friends

All Calgary Safeway Locations

The Food Bank teams up with Calgary Safeway and CTV Calgary for the 20^th anniversary of its yearly campaign. Calgary Food Bank Volunteers will be on hand at all Calgary Safeway to accept food and monetary donations.

Calgary Moms Trade Fair

Saturday, March 15

9:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Radisson Hotel & Conference Center - 6620 36 Street NE

A fun event for the whole family; the trade fair will feature door prizes, face painting, and of course a wide range of products and services for parents! Admission is $2.00 for adults and $1.00 for kids, with all funds going to the Calgary Food Bank.

Gluten-Free Expo

March 29-30

10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Olympic Oval - 2500 University Drive NW

Come down and sample and purchase gluten-free products from dozens of vendors while learning from experts in the field of healthy, gluten-free living. Tickets are available online or in limited quantities at the door. Please feel free to leave a little behind for the Calgary Food Bank as well in support of Calgarians in need living with Celiac Disease.

Hexters Pub - 6404 Bowness Road NW

Come join us for great music and great times at Hexters Pub in Bowness. The Food Bank will be accepting food and cash donations to a backdrop of live tunes!
