Calian Technologies Ltd. Declares a Quarterly Dividend of $0.25 Per Share

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 11, 2011) - Calian Technologies Ltd. (TSX:CTY) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share. The dividend is payable June 8, 2011 to shareholders of record as of May 25, 2011. Dividends paid by the Corporation are considered "eligible dividend" for tax purposes.
