OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Aug. 10, 2011) - Calian Technologies Ltd. (TSX:CTY) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share. The dividend is payable September 7, 2011 to shareholders of record as of August 24, 2011. Dividends paid by the Corporation are considered "eligible dividend" for tax purposes.
