J. Thomas Byrom has announced his intention to resign as the bank's Chief Financial Officer, in order to form an independent financial consulting enterprise. The Bank has identified an experienced candidate for the position of CFO, who will be announced, pending regulatory approval. Mr. Byrom will remain the Chief Financial Officer during the pendency of the Bank's application. "Mr. Byrom has been a great help to us, guiding the organizers from their initial regulatory application through the public stock offering and opening of the bank.
