California Foundation for Medical Care, Inc. (CFMC) Selects National Healthcare Exchange Services, Inc. to Provide Repricing Services

SACRAMENTO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 11, 2006 -- National Health Care Exchange Services, Inc. (OTC: NHCR), headquartered here, said today it signed a contract with California Foundation for Medical Care, Inc. (CFMC) representing 400 hospitals, 32,000 physicians and 5,000 ancillary providers, to provide repricing services for their PPO clients.

National Healthcare Exchange Services provides claims repricing and payment audit services to the healthcare industry. CFMC will use the "NHXS Direct™" product to provide claims repricing services for its clients. NHXS Direct™ provides a turnkey solution for claims administrators seeking secure internet claims repricing in batch and real time modes. In addition to its high auto adjudication rate, a key feature of NHXS Direct™ is its ability to provide improved transparency of fee schedule, pricing, and clinical edit rules to the trading partners.
