Call for Speakers Now Open for TSW Las Vegas 2016

Technology Services Industry Association Seeks Presenters for Fall Conference

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwired - May 19, 2016) -  The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the leading association for today's technology and services organizations, has announced their call for speakers for their much-anticipated fall event, TSW Las Vegas 2016. The theme of the event, being held October 17-19, 2016 at the ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, is "Aligning for Growth and Outcomes."

  • Service Revenue Generation (SRG): Innovations in service offers, frictionless renewals, what customer success needs to know before taking on renewal responsibility, and sales models for selling premium services.
  • Support Services (SS): How to reinvent the support services organization while reducing costs, customer journey mapping: aligning expectations with experience, using analytics to guide the support experience, and modernizing support infrastructure in order to deliver and scale support.
