Honorees were announced on Thursday, October 15, 2009 at the Fast 50 Awards Luncheon held at the Columbus Athenaeum. This is the first year that CallCopy has received the annual award.

Driven by the growing demand for its call recording and quality management solutions, CallCopy has realized significant growth over the three-year period analyzed in the award evaluation process. Most recently, the company has experienced five consecutive quarters of record growth and has more than doubled its workforce to over 50 employees. To avoid the growing pains often associated with rapid growth, part of CallCopy's strategy has been to heavily invest in its support team in order to maintain the company's customer-centric reputation. As a result, CallCopy scored at or near the top in every category in a recent customer satisfaction survey published by DMG Consulting, including a perfect 5.0 in implementation and a tie for the highest score in Overall Vendor Satisfaction.
