Winners were announced Wednesday, November 10, 2010. The awards are given out annually to the top employers in Central Ohio, and are based upon independent workplace satisfaction surveys.

Each company was then ranked by an outside firm against the other companies in their size category. The top companies in each size category were honored as Business First's Best Places to Work.
