Sales Performance Management Leader Partners With Sierra Atlantic to Support Aggressive SaaS Product Strategy and International Growth

SAN JOSE, CA--(Marketwire - April 25, 2008) - Callidus Software Inc. (NASDAQ: CALD), the leader in Sales Performance Management (SPM), today announced it has opened a new operations center in Hyderabad, India. The center enables Callidus Software to add capacity in the critical areas of product development, consulting services, and technical support through a strategic alliance with Sierra Atlantic, the leader in offshoring enterprise applications and outsourced product development.

The new operations center better equips Callidus Software to execute on its aggressive product strategy focused on quick and sustained development of new Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and extended SPM offerings. In leveraging services and expertise from Sierra Atlantic, the operations center will increase the bandwidth of Callidus Software's engineering capabilities. Callidus-trained specialists from Sierra Atlantic will further enhance Callidus' services and operations efforts to support the rapidly expanding Callidus On-Demand business and to further enable 24/7 follow-the-sun technical services from Callidus.
