CallMiner Appoints Susan Almeida Vice President of Global Services

Almeida Responsible for Enterprise Implementations and Best Practices

FORT MYERS, FL--(Marketwire - May 8, 2008) - CallMiner, the industry leader in advanced speech analytics, today announced the appointment of Susan Almeida as Vice President of Global Services, effective immediately. Almeida will be located in the Fort Myers, Florida corporate office.

Prior to joining CallMiner, Almeida served in a number of leadership positions including Executive Director, Global and Strategic Marketing for CoSine Communications, General Manager, Singapore Telecom USA, several management positions for Digital Equipment Corporation and has led highly respected management consulting practices. She holds a B.S. in Management and Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
