Cambridge House Kicks off SaskRocks Investment Conference With 'Investment Opportunities of a Lifetime!' in Saskatoon

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - April 20, 2009) - The above phrase aptly describes the fifth annual SaskRocks Investment Conference to be held Saturday, May 9, 2009 at the Sheraton Cavalier Conference Hotel in Saskatoon. It reflects the fact that metals are the foundation of all economies and the starting point of all recoveries. While global economic issues have affected the price and production of commodities such as copper, lead, zinc, nickel, molybdenum and a host of other minerals, including strategic and precious metals, it is simply a matter of time before curtailed production will affect supply-demand ratios and commodity prices will rise rapidly.

The above observations were made by Cambridge House Chairman Joe Martin, who also noted that this year's SaskRocks Investment Conference is exactly the right show, at precisely the right time, to provide resource investors with outstanding personal fact-finding opportunities.

Mr. Martin was referring to the world-class resource analysts who will provide timely insights and advice on such topics as the global economy, metals outlooks and market trends, and to the more than 30 exhibiting public companies whose principals will impart corporate strategies, exploration and development plans and financing opportunities, with a special emphasis on Saskatchewan resources.

Keynote SaskRocks Headliners and their topics:

Michael Berry, Ph.D., Morning Notes Newsletter - Green Shoots: The Recovery

David Coffin, The Hard Rock Analyst - Parsing Contract Mineral Commodities

John Kaiser, Kaiser's Bottom Fishing Report - Looking beyond the Slump

David Skarica, Addicted to Profits - US Treasuries, The Last Bubble

Jim Letourneau, Big Picture Speculator - Saskatchewan, a Commodity Investor's Paradise

Victor Goncalves, Equities & Economics Report - A once in a generation opportunity; why that time is now

Tom MacNeill, 49North Fund - The Saskatchewan Story

Admission to the SaskRocks Conference is free for everyone who pre-registers at www.cambridgehouse.com, saving a $25 door charge. Cambridge House is one of the world's largest resource investment conference management companies. It produces two annual events in Vancouver and one each in Toronto, Calgary, Phoenix, and now Saskatoon, with its recent purchase of SaskRocks.
