Cambridge Park Limited Announces Letter of Intent With Prestige Cars International, Inc.

BOCA RATON, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 27, 2007 -- Cambridge Park Limited, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CPKL) announced today that it had entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire 100% of the ownership of Prestige Cars International, Inc., Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, a restorer and dealer of pre-owned Rolls Royce, Bentley and other high-end motor cars, including many collector's editions shipped throughout the world. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
