Camelot's DarKnight Signs Multi-Picture Deal With Modus Vivendi for Eastern Europe

National Lampoon's Dirty Movie First to Be Distributed

UNIVERSAL CITY, CA--(Marketwire - October 18, 2010) -  Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTCBB: CMGR) ("Camelot") announced today that DarKnight Pictures ("DKP") has inked a three-picture deal for Eastern Europe with Modus Vivendi, Inc. The first of the titles to be distributed is NATIONAL LAMPOON'S DIRTY MOVIE, which recently wrapped post-production.

"This deal represents an important step for us as we continue to expand our international marketing and sales activities," stated Camelot Vice-President of Marketing Jessica Kelly. "Eastern Europe continues to experience market growth for film and television programming, and 'DIRTY MOVIE' is a great way to kick off our deal with Modus Vivendi."

'DIRTY MOVIE's' cast includes Christopher Meloni ("Law & Order: SVU"), Robert Klein ("The Back-up Plan"), Mario Cantone ("Sex and the City"), pop singer Cyndi Lauper, and Adam Ferrara ("Rescue Me").

The film is a Flim Flam production directed by Jerry Daigle and produced by Alan Donnes and Daigle.
