Canada's best in the arts help support Sunnybrook's Night of Stars

Pianist Andrew Burashko, choreographer to the stars Debra Brown and Rock of Age’s Elicia Mackenzie & Yvan Pedneault are the latest to join Ross Petty for May 17 show

Pianist and artistic director of the Art of Time Ensemble Andrew Burashko, Cirque de Soleil choreographer Debra Brown and the stars of the upcoming production Rock of Ages Yvan Pedneault and Elicia Mackenzie, known for her role as Maria in The Sound of Music, will join the tri-annual event that raises funds to support Sunnybrook's Holland Orthopaedic & Arthritic Centre.

The new artists join Canadian Idol Eva Avila, comedians Jessica Holmes and Ron James, Glass Tiger front man Alan Frew, The National Ballet of Canada's Sonia Rodriguez, Aleksander Antonijevic and Karen Kain, classical violinist James Ehnes and producer Ross Petty on stage May 17, 2010, at the Princess of Wales Theatre.

All money raised will fund a redeveloped state-of-the-art operating facility. This redevelopment will allow Sunnybrook to continue to provide the exceptional hip and knee care for which the hospital is renowned.
