Canada's "Idiot Millionaire" Derek Foster is Coming to Saskatchewan

KINDERSLEY, SASKATCHEWAN--(Marketwire - Aug. 8, 2012) - The self-styled Idiot Millionaire and author of six personal finance books Derek Foster recently signed a newsletter to readers as "The Homeless, Idiot Millionaire." That's because this spring he and his wife sold their Ottawa home and took their five children on the road for a year-long pan-North American adventure.

While many of us fantasize about cashing in our chips and taking off to parts unknown, Foster and his wife are living the dream. This leap of faith seems less dramatic when you consider that he already retired from the rat race at 34 to live frugally off his investments.

And now the Idiot Millionaire is coming to Saskatchewan. Saskatchewan Pension Plan (SPP) General Manager Katherine Strutt says, "Derek understands how the SPP can be a key part of an individual or company's retirement savings strategy. We are very excited to finally meet him and hear him in person."

Join Foster at one of the following events to learn about his simple investment approach and how it can be a part of your journey into retirement.
