Canada's Yellow Pages Group Partners With Twitter

Leading Local Search Provider to Share Canadian business content with Twitter

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Dec. 8, 2010) - Following Twitter's announcement regarding new place data partnerships, Yellow Pages Group (YPG), Canada's leading local search provider, announced today a data-sharing agreement with the information network, Twitter.

The partnership uses the company's public API, YellowAPI (, to make YPG's 1.5 million Canadian business listings available to Twitter and accessible to Twitter users who can tag their tweets to YPG business locations.
