OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - March 20, 2006) - Minister of Canadian Heritage and Status of Women Beverly J. Oda will participate in the awards presentation ceremony for the 10th annual Racism. Stop it! National Video Competition, in Gatineau, tomorrow. Ten teams of young people from across Canada will receive awards.

The competition is part of celebrations for March 21, which was declared the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination by the United Nations in 1966.
