Canadian Heritage: Media Advisory

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - March 30, 2006) - Minister of Canadian Heritage and Status of Women Beverley J. Oda will be attending the Juno Awards celebrations in Halifax this weekend. As part of the festivities, she will be announcing a new departmental initiative focused on helping the Canadian Music Industry as well as launching a contest that will attract musicians from across Canada.
