Canadian Leadership Change at Expert Global Solutions

Bob DiSante Retires; Pat DiFranco Selected to Lead EGS' Operations in Canada

PLANO, TX--(Marketwired - Mar 18, 2015) - Expert Global Solutions, Inc. (EGS), a leading global provider of best-in-class financial and customer care business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, announced today the retirement of Bob DiSante, President, EGS International Operations, and the selection of Pat DiFranco to lead EGS's subsidiaries in Canada.

With more than 25 years of experience in the BPO industry, Mr. DiFranco is a seasoned leader with a clear understanding of what it takes to meet and exceed organizational goals. Since joining the company in 1998, Mr. DiFranco has held various positions, including Collections Manager, District Manager and Vice President of Operations.

Mr. DiSante, who has had a 30-year career with the company, leaves the organization having served in numerous roles, most recently as President, EGS International Operations. His leadership helped to establish EGS as a premiere player in the international BPO market.
