TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 1, 2010) - CNSX Markets Inc. today announced that the Canadian National Stock Exchange (CNSX) welcomed the following ten new listings in November 2010, the largest number of companies listed on CNSX in any month since CNSX was formally recognized as a stock exchange in 2004:

As Barry Critchley noted in the Financial Post, "business is booming" on CNSX, (National Post, November 19, 2010). CNSX has always had successful IPOs, in every quarter, and this year there have been 11 IPOs so far. In addition, listed companies frequently do secondary offerings on CNSX, successfully raising amounts of up to $80 million at a time. Trading volumes on CNSX are also at record levels, as the total number of listings steadily increases and investors recognize the opportunities presented by CNSX listed companies.

To further grow listings, CNSX has launched a revised "switch campaign" for 2011, inviting TSXV and TSX companies to join CNSX and experience the superior value proposition of Canada's fastest growing exchange.

"As an added incentive to make the switch, if you apply to list before March 31, 2011, CNSX is offering a fee discount that increases the savings available compared to the annual sustaining fees on the other exchanges," stated William Woods, Managing Director – Listed Market.
