NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK--(Marketwired - Aug. 7, 2013) - BuzzBuzzHome, Canada's leading website for new construction home buyers, is gaining ground in the United States. The company reports that 25 percent of its 300,000 unique monthly visitors are now coming from the U.S.

Additionally, the Canadian start-up signed advertising deals this summer with American home builders Toll Brothers, Macklowe Properties and HFZ Capital to promote their Manhattan new developments.

New York-based real estate publications have taken note of BuzzBuzzHome. Popular blog Curbed and real estate magazine The Real Deal are now referencing BuzzBuzzHome daily as a source for breaking news on New York City project launches.

"With the housing market improving in so many regions across the United States, the timing of our expansion couldn't be better," said Matthew Slutsky, BuzzBuzzHome's Co-Founder.

"The majority of new home searches begin online and BuzzBuzzHome is the most dynamic site out there that's completely dedicated to new residential development."

From its U.S. office in Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood, the company has cataloged over 1,000 new developments in New York, Dallas, Houston and Miami and plans on adding every major U.S. city to its database over the next three months.
