Canadian Oilfield Solutions Corp. (TSX VENTURE:OTS) is pleased to announce that Mr. Ken Bagan, LL.B., B.P.E. has joined the board of directors. Mr. Bagan is an independent businessman with more than 30 years' experience in the oilfield service industry. Following a nine year career in various operational capacities, Mr. Bagan served as General Counsel, Sr. V.P. Business Development and Sr. V.P. Operations with Nowsco Well Service and Tesco Corporation (1990 - 2004). From 2004 to 2008, Mr. Bagan was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Wellco Energy Services and from 2008 to 2011, Mr. Bagan was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Enerchem International Inc.

Mr. Bagan has been a director of Trican Well Service Ltd. since its initial public offering in 1996 and is also a member of the board of directors of the Petroleum Services Association of Canada (PSAC) and the Centre for Affordable Water and Sanitation Technologies (CAWST), a Calgary based non-for-profit organization.

A lawyer by background, Mr. Bagan is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and recently completed the Director Education Program (which is sponsored by the Haskayne School of Business and the Rotman School of Business).
