Communications professionals interested in learning about the latest techniques and strategies around polling as part of a campaign strategy are invited to come hear Jamie Duncan, Associate Vice President of Ipsos Reid talk on Thursday, February 17th at the Westin Hotel in downtown Calgary.

With experience spanning issues management, stakeholder engagement and corporate reputation management, Jamie has overseen the research and polling components of some of Canada's most prominent blue-chip companies. With his honed skills in interviewing and moderating and analyzing information and distilling it into steps companies can understand and use to better target their audiences and manage their own corporate issues, Jamie has risen quickly through the ranks at Ipsos Reid.

Jamie's presentation will cover the interviewing techniques; when and how to use polling as part of a public relations campaign; how to evaluate and measure the information received from research and polling; and, how to properly use this information to meet corporate objectives.

Jamie Duncan is an Associate Vice President with Ipsos Reid and co-directs the organization's North American Municipal Practice.
