Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust Announces April 2017 Distribution

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - April 13, 2017) - Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust ("CREIT") (TSX: REF.UN) today announced its April 2017 monthly distribution in the amount of 15.25 cents per unit (C$1.83 annualized). The April distribution will be payable on May 12, 2017 to Unitholders of record as at April 28, 2017.
