Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust Announces December 2011 Distribution

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 15, 2011) - Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust ("CREIT") (TSX:REF.UN) today announced its December 2011 monthly distribution in the amount of 12.00 cents per unit (C$1.44 annualized). The December distribution will be payable on January 16, 2011 to Unitholders of record December 30, 2011.
