Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust Announces December 2014 Distribution

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - December 16, 2014) - Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust ("CREIT") (TSX: REF.UN) today announced its December 2014 monthly distribution in the amount of 14.58 cents per unit (C$1.75 annualized). The December distribution will be payable on January 14, 2015 to Unitholders of record on December 31, 2014.
