Canadian Stock Transfer Company Announces New Roles for Mona Hanes and James McBride


TORONTO, ONTARIO and NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK--(Marketwire - Jan. 24, 2012) - Canadian Stock Transfer Company (CST), a leading provider of transfer agent and employee plan services, announced today that Mona Hanes will shift roles within the company to lead business development efforts in the Western Region of North America.

Based in San Francisco, Mona will focus on increasing the organization's market presence in the Western U.S. and Canada - from New Mexico to the Northwest Territories, including all states and provinces to the west. Mona will partner with Ken Staab, who currently leads business development efforts for the Eastern U.S. and Canada, and with Tom Kies, who leads the Sales and Relationship Management teams across North America.

For the past two years, Mona has managed the Equity Plan Solutions (EPS) group and implemented key enhancements attributing to the growth of the business. EPS provides a host of specialized products and services designed to meet stock plan administration needs of businesses worldwide.

He is a key member of the EPS management team, directly involved with the business strategy while overseeing the relationship management team.
