Canadian Superior Energy to Present at Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP) Oil & Gas Investment Symposium June 17 and June 18, 2008

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - June 17, 2008) - Canadian Superior Energy Inc. ("Canadian Superior", the "Company") (TSX:SNG) (AMEX:SNG) announced today that it will be presenting today and tomorrow at the CAPP Oil & Gas Investment Symposium 2008 being held this week in Calgary.

Canadian Superior's President and COO, Mike Coolen, will provide an update on the Company's activities and outline the Company's forward strategy and plans for continued growth, which will be followed by a brief Q&A session. Canadian Superior's live presentations will be on Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at 8:40 am and on Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at 3:15 pm, both MDT (EDT - 2hrs), local time in Calgary.
