Canadian Superior Files Statement of Reserves Data and Other Oil and Gas Information for the Year Ended December 31, 2006

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - March 30, 2007) - Canadian Superior Energy Inc. ("Canadian Superior") (TSX:SNG) (AMEX:SNG) filed with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland its statements of reserves data and other oil and gas information for the year ended December 31, 2006 (the "Statement of Reserves Data"), as mandated by National Instrument 51-101 - Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities.
