CanaDream Corporation: Convertible Debentures

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - April 30, 2007) - CanaDream Corporation (TSX:CDN) has requested a halt in the trading of the Debentures of CanaDream Corporation (TSX:CDN.DB) effective at the opening of trading on April 30, 2007. The debentures have an expiry date (February 27, 2008) which is extendable at the option of the holder to February 27, 2009 on notice to the Corporation.

CanaDream Corporation is in the process of collecting the notices from the holders. The last day to covert was April 28, 2007. Subject to regulatory approval, it is expected that after the number of holders for each of the 2008 and 2009 maturity periods is confirmed and application is made to the TSX Venture Exchange, that the 2008 and 2009 Debentures will trade separately and the halt will be lifted.

CanaDream is a Canadian tourism company that is utilizing its proprietary business-to-business web-enabled system,, and its business-to-consumer on-line Internet reservation system,, to operate and expand its network of RV rental locations in Canada. CanaDream maintains six Company-operated locations in Calgary, Vancouver, Whitehorse, Toronto, Montreal, and Halifax. The Company is also leveraging its proprietary technology to build a franchised network of associate dealers that are fully interconnected to CanaDream's e-commerce systems. CanaDream now has three associate dealer franchisees in Edmonton Alberta, and Kelowna and Victoria, British Columbia.
