Cancana Resources Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement Financing

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - April 23, 2015) - Cancana Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CNY) (the "Company" or "Cancana") announces that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 2,631,579 common shares ("Shares") at a price of $0.19 per share for gross proceeds of up to $500,000. Proceeds from the sale of the Non-Brokered Financing shall be used for general working capital purposes.

Any securities sold in connection with the financing are subject to a hold period of four months and one day under Canadian securities laws and none of them may be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an applicable exemption from the registration requirements of the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
