Cancana Resources Corp. Announces Continuation Into British Columbia


VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Aug. 12, 2015) - Cancana Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CNY) (the "Company" or "Cancana") is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General and Special Meeting held on July 2, 2015, the Company's shareholders approved the continuation of the Company from the Province of Alberta into the Province of British Columbia. The continuation was effective as of today's date.

The CUSIP and ISIN numbers for the common shares of the Company remain the same after the continuation. New share certificate indicating the Company as a British Columbia company will be issued in the normal course further to share transfers and other share transactions. In the meantime, existing share certificates will continue to represent common shares of the Company.
