Cancen Oil Canada Inc. ("Cancen" or the "Corporation" ) (TSX VENTURE:COI) announces announces that Ronald Panchuk has tendered his resignation as Vice President, Business Development and Legal, Corporate Secretary and as a director of Cancen effective October 16, 2012. The Board of directors thanks Mr. Panchuk for all his efforts on behalf of the Corporation and wish him well in his new endeavours.
