CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Nov. 2, 2011) - Cancen Oil Canada Inc. (TSX VENTURE:COI) ("Cancen") is pleased to announce that it has engaged Buchalter Consulting Ltd. of Burlington, Ontario effective November 1, 2011 to provide Investor Relations and Shareholder communication services.
In connection with the engagement Buchalter Consulting Ltd. has been awarded a consulting contract paying $3,000.00 per month plus HST and eligible expenses to be reimbursed as agreed upon by Cancen. The term is for 12 months.
