Cancer Therapeutics Announces Formation of Advisory Board

Board of Advisors to Consult With Cancer Therapeutics CEO and Its Executives

SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwire - June 8, 2009) - Cancer Therapeutics, Inc. (OTCBB: CTHP), an emerging biotechnology business incubator with a specific emphasis on disruptive cancer treatments and nanotechnology, announced today the formation of an advisory board which will work closely with executive management to provide expertise and strategic guidance on potential partners the company identifies. Recently, Cancer Therapeutics announced that it had completed a definitive agreement with new partner, NanoTherapies, LLC.
