Canderel: 14 Place du Commerce Attains a BOMA BESt, Level 2 Certification

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - April 20, 2009) - 14 Place du Commerce, managed by Canderel Management Inc., was the proud recipient of the BOMA BESt, Level 2 certification. The building is owned by member of the Canderel Group and Nuns' Island Investment Group represented by its managing partner Proment Corporation.

BOMA BESt Level 2 certified buildings not only meet all of the BOMA Go Green Best Practices, but also have a score of 70-79% in respect to the rigorous Go Green Plus criteria. BOMA BESt Level 2 demonstrates that Canderel's Property Management team is progressing towards excellence in energy and environmental performance through ongoing and improved management strategies. Level 2 indicates Canderel understands the significance of benchmarking their performance, having clearly set objectives improve performance on both the environmental and energy efficiency fronts.
