Candidate Experience Awards 2013 Judges Announced

Talent Board Appoints Distinguished Panel of HR and Talent Acquisition Thought Leaders to Select Companies That Exemplify a Positive Candidate Experience


SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Oct 1, 2013) -  Talent Board, a non-profit organization focused on the elevation and promotion of a quality candidate experience, today announced the members of the panel of independent judges who will select the winners of the third annual North American Candidate Experience Awards (known as "The CandE Awards"). The judges include: Tom Becker, VP of Recruiting, North America for ManpowerGroup; Linda Brenner, managing director of Designs on Talent; Master Burnett, director of Strategy for BraveNewTalent; Peter Clayton, founder, producer and host of the TotalPicture Radio internet radio show; and Sue Meisinger, expert on HR leadership and former CEO of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Founded by the industry's leading authorities on candidate experience, the CandE Awards are designed to recognize organizations that produce outstanding candidate experiences. The program consists of three survey rounds that capture and evaluate employers' recruitment processes and practices through the entire recruitment cycle and candidate experience. With the first and second employer and candidate survey rounds now closed for North American employers, companies identified with unique and innovative efforts are advanced to the final round, where they are interviewed by the CandE judging panel using HireVue's digital interviewing solutions to determine areas of distinction.

Companies that meet criteria for both rounds one and two will be awarded a "CandE Award Winner" designation stamp and trophy. All organizations that have completed first round submissions will receive a complimentary candidate experience Employer Benchmarking Report. Winners of the 2013 Candidate Experience Awards will be announced and celebrated at the 2013 HR Technology Conference in Las Vegas this October.
