Caneum, Inc. Announces New Web Infrastructure Contract With KidsGive, LLC

New Contract Facilitates KidsGive's Mission to Combine Interactive Technology With Traditional Toy Play

NEWPORT BEACH, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 25, 2007 -- Caneum, Inc. (OTCBB: CANM), a global provider of business process and information technology outsourcing services, today announced that the Company has been awarded a multi-stage Information Technology Outsourcing contract from KidsGive, LLC. The Company will work closely with KidsGive to develop a comprehensive website that includes entertainment and educational content, as well as a full featured e-commerce platform for its online retail operations and sales of Karito Kids™ doll and book line. Karito Kids™ is using the Internet to make doll play more relevant to today's children, while at the same time empowering them to help other children around the world. Through the purchase of Karito Kids™ products, a percentage of sales will be donated to Plan USA, a worldwide children's charity.

By partnering with Caneum and their advanced development ability, KidsGive will have a secure website that children can visit to activate their donation by entering a unique code on the website and selecting one of four causes (growing up healthy, learning, habitat or livelihood), where they will be able to make a difference in the lives of children around the world. Moreover, will provide children with the ability to play games and earn points called "World Change" which will be converted into real donations that they can then direct towards their selected cause. KidsGive believes this interactive activation process, which connects the child with the actual process of giving to, and understanding the development of, children's humanitarian projects around the world will be a unique point of differentiation.

Suki Mudan, President of Caneum, commented, "We are extremely pleased to be working with KidsGive on developing and implementing a sophisticated e-commerce platform for enabling online retail sales and charitable giving from our country's youth. The KidsGive engagement will be spearheaded by our off-shore delivery team in India, which was added via the recently closed acquisition of Continuum Systems Pvt. Ltd. on December 31, 2006. This contract win represents the first post closing application development win for the Company and is a great testament to how we have transformed our business into a truly global outsourcing provider."

David Davis, CTO of KidsGive, further commented, "Caneum's rapid, turn key development process made them the perfect partner to help KidsGive fulfill our mission of combining interactive web technology with traditional established toy play. Not only will our flagship site provide a connection to our product line of dolls and books, but it will also enable education and learning about children of the world with a focus on social responsibility and giving."
