Canexus Announces Resignation of Senior Vice President, Operations

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - July 13, 2007) - Canexus Income Fund (TSX:CUS.UN) (the "Fund") today announced the resignation of its Senior Vice President, Operations. Keith McLeod, who has served in his current role since 2005, is leaving his position to join another company.

We are reviewing our organizational structure to determine the most strategic placement of Mr. McLeod's accountabilities. Canexus has a highly experienced and dedicated group of plant managers and other operations personnel across its plant system that will continue to ensure the safe and reliable operation of its facilities.
