Cannabis Global Group, With Partner Ad Agri, Developing Technology for Improved Cannabis Production

GREEN VALLEY, AZ--(Marketwired - Apr 3, 2014) - Cannabis Global Group (CGG), a division of Talisman Holdings, Inc. (OTC: TMHO) announced that, in conjunction with Ad Agri, it has begun development of a protocol to address problems of inefficiency in commercial legal marijuana production.

The plan will address, among others, the problem areas of: inadequate climate control, which is an issue most growers have never faced on a commercial scale; a preventive program of pest and disease management; strain selection; scheduling; fertilization; and, effective creation and utilization of power for cost reduction. The business model under development is to incorporate the technology developed and know how to be licensed to users.

"The commercial production of legal marijuana brings real issues which may only be confronted by application of special technical knowledge. This is demonstrated in Colorado, for example, where the cost of producing a pound of cannabis ranges from $385 to $1,450. Our approach, once completed, will enable us to offer a consulting and licensing platform to partners worldwide," said Charles Adams, a Cannabis Global Group Director and head of the development program.

Additionally, the Company's board of directors has given the go-ahead to the recapitalization of the Company's share structure including a stock dividend of one additional share for each share currently held by shareholders, and a restricted stock retirement plan by certain insiders. These are exciting times for us and the company looks forward to providing regular updates on its progress.
