(OTC PINK: CBIS), a U.S. company specializing in the development of cannabis-based medicines, today announced the relocation of their corporate headquarters to Irvine, California. The company's HQ move to California will put them in closer proximity to its vital laboratory resources, key distributors, and many patients. This move will help the company cut costs, decrease time to market for new products, and perform clinical trials more efficiently with a new California laboratory, clinical trials unit, and medical treatment facility to be announced shortly.

CBIS looks to target the high growth projected in the national industry changes, such as the possible DEA reclassification of cannabis which can positively multiply the efforts of the Company's scientific team dramatically, and the Historic California voting in November.

These changes can open the markets dramatically for the Company's proprietary cannabinoid formulations being created to be distributed nationwide.
